Greetings fellow ./shutdown family and friends!

If you've found us through Stage6, you probably already know that Stage6 won't be around much longer. Stage6 has been very good to our show and has helped us reach a massive amount of people. We hate to see it go not just for our fans, but for our friends that have worked so hard to make it a kick ass website over the past year and change. Stage6 - you will be missed.

What does this mean for ./shutdown? We'll still be offering our show in high quality. We're working to find another site to do it on. If you have any suggestions, send us an email at creators@shutdowntv.com. As usual, you'll always find us on YouTube and Veoh. Fear not folks, we're not going anywhere anytime soon! ./shutdown will live on.

first - OMG THE SITE WORKED FOR ME WITH NO ERROR!

second - I read this and immediately messaged Spencer in full panic mode.

He calmed me down with violent sex and after-cuddles.

True story.
I really hope this won't mean the end of high def releases from ShutdownTV, cause they're so much better than all that mono sound, eye squint video that Youtube and all those websites offer.
I believe that if you install the Veoh Player, you can download the original divx file in all its HD glory. We're still working on our official new distribution plan for the second season.
is there no way to just host the hd vid file on your server and then use an embedded divx player? i LOVE the divx player, the ui is far superior, the a/v quality is far superior, and the load times are pretty much the same.
if not that then is there a possibility of distributing an hd file that we can play in our desktop divx player, wmp, or any other sort of player?

Sorry guys. We don't have the budget to host video on our site. I was told blip offers a good alternative too. We've had bad experiences with blip in the past, but we'll look back into it.
Yeah, About that. I'm willing to donate bandwidth. I've got the embed codes from stage6 and it seems that embedding divx videos isn't dependent on stage 6. You can use any divx video any where.
Correct, Sonic. You can embed DivX videos that are hosted anywhere. We appreciate your generosity by offering up some of your bandwidth. The group will spend the next month or so discussing changes to the site as well as new distribution methods. We will let you and everyone know what we decide. <3
another idea is that you could use bit torrent to distribute your videos
